Today, I'm super proud to share this new feature with you: the Activity view. It's the result of hard work by Fahad and myself.

Full company overview

We have upgraded our app to support team accounts and with this new Activity view, you can see everything that has happened accros your team's email inbox, calendars, your company Stripe account and your app's analytics (via Segment).

This creates a lot of serendipity within your organisation. Your team can now take a quick look at your company's recent activity to see that a customer has cancelled his subscription, that a coworker is meeting with a lead you personally know or that some user seems to be stuck during the onboarding.

You might be worrying about the signal vs. noise ratio of such a tool and will be happy to know that only data related to active contacts will be displayed.

You will not see everything for all contacts, instead, only data for contacts that you have added to your CRM will be displayed. All other contacts will be considered as not relevant, since you're not actively keeping track of them in your CRM.

Full customer overview

Below is the full view of a single customer, with all the emails, events, notes and payments that are related to that customer:

Everyone on your team can now see who talked with which customer, what notes have been saved, and so on. This allows your coworkers to easily answer questions such as:

  • Who spoke to that customer last?
  • Has anyone already reached out to that lead?
  • Has this customer cancelled her subscription?
  • When has this user used our app last?

And all of this, in a single app!

So simple customer note taking solution

It is not easy to get team members to adopt a new tool. This creates a lot of information silos, every team member adopting another app to save notes about customers and people.

Our app makes this centralised note taking process as simple as humanly possible. Before every meeting, your team members will receive an email in which they can take notes straight away! No need to open an app. They can take notes about the customer or lead they are meeting with, simply in their inbox.
